Thousands of drivers are back on hook for unpaid tolls

A state appeals court has reinstated the cases of as many as 7,000 motorists who didn't pay their tolls in Seminole County, meaning they could be liable to pay thousands of dollars in fines and have their drivers licenses suspended.
